In the last few years, the trend of reality TV shows has gotten bigger and bolder. However, it was the Kardashians who really took the concept of reality TV to a whole new level, giving fans an unflinching look into their lives. Thanks to their first reality TV show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the Kardashian sisters have made quite a fortune.

Recently, the YouTubers turned athletes Jake and Logan Paul announced that they would be having their own reality TV show, Paul American. While this announcement has been met with some backlash, their decision seems to make a lot of sense after knowing how much Kim Kardashian has made from her own reality TV ventures.

How much does Kim Kardashian earn from The Kardashians?

Kim Kardashian might have had her TV debut as Paris Hilton’s best friend on The Simple Life, but she and her family have made a fortune thanks to their own reality TV show and subsequent business ventures and more.

Currently, the reality TV star is worth an astonishing $1.7 billion according to Forbes, the vast majority of which comes from her shapewear business, Skims. While she earns quite a lot from her Instagram posts alone (via Next Guest Needs No Introduction), she made a significant amount from starring in Keeping Up with the Kardashians and subsequently The Kardashians.

According to a report by TMZ, her family signed a $150 million deal with E! Network, and reportedly Kim earned the biggest share. Moreover, OK! Magazine reported that the Kardashian clan won an even bigger deal with Hulu for The Kardashians. Then in 2022, Variety reported that the family was paid nine figures or at least $100 million for two seasons and 40 episodes.

Since Kim’s salary is supposed to be a sixth of the deal they made, she might have made anything between $7.5 million to $8.3 million per season. While her billion-dollar fortune is a result of a lot of things, from her business ventures to her Instagram posts, earning such a figure from a reality TV show is still significant.

Jake and Logan Paul have created an empire of their own and are stalwarts when it comes to the world of content creation. The brothers started their ‘careers’ on Vine and YouTube before transitioning into the world of boxing and more.

The brother duo have an incredible fan following on a range of platforms and their content creation and influencer career has made them both millionaires. According to Forbes, while the younger brother Logan Paul has a net worth of $9.8 million, Jake Paul is worth $13.6 million as per the website, amounts that somebody like Kim K earns with just a single season of The Kardashian or a few Instagram posts.

In an effort to provide fans with a more raw and unfiltered look into their personal lives, the brothers will be starring in a new reality TV show, Paul American, for Max (via Deadline). Set to premiere in March, the eight-episode series will offer unparalleled access to the Paul family and their inner circle… peeling back the curtains on the most raw, honest, and intimate moments in the brothers’ over-the-top, high-octane lives.

Providing a lens to fans to all the good, the bad, and the ugly moments of their personal lives, it will feature never-before-seen footage of the duo as well as interviews and talks with their family and close friends (see trailer).
