The revelation came after a New York judge ruled that she could not pursue litigation anonymously. Kane alleges that the assault took place in 2004 when she was 19 years old, during an exclusive party hosted by Diddy.
According to court documents, Kane and a friend were reportedly escorted to a separate room, where they were threatened with violence. Kane claims Diddy assaulted her despite her pleas to stop. The lawsuit cites violations under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.
This legal battle adds to a series of recent lawsuits and criminal charges against Diddy, including allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering. He remains in custody as investigations continue, with his criminal trial scheduled for May 2025. These accusations have amplified public scrutiny surrounding his past actions and current legal challenges.
