Karren Brady’s daughter reveals she’s spending NYE in hospital in Dubai with her nine-month old baby after being hit by mystery illness
Karren Brady’s daughter Sophia Peschisolido has revealed her baby boy has been taken to hospital.
The model, 27, who gave birth to her son in March, shared that she is spending New Year’s Eve with medics after her son fell ill.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Sophia – who has never revealed her child’s name – shared a snap of him sitting on her lap with his face covered with a heart emoji.
‘Spending New Year’s Eve in hospital with our little man,’ she penned.
This was followed by another Instagram Story a few hours later, where she gave more details on her son’s health.
Alongside a photo of her baby at the hospital, she wrote: ‘Thank you to everyone who messaged he is ok now. We had to do a blood test which was heartbreaking he cried his eyes out poor baby.

This was followed by another Instagram Story a few hours later, where she gave more details on her son’s health
‘There’s defo some viral infection going round, Dubai mums be careful. He had no flu symptoms just a really high fever of 50 and his ski was mottled, he was also really lethargic and kept shaking.
‘His skin was boiling but his hands were cold and everything online was saying meningitis which made me panicky but he is ok now his fever has broke. So we are grateful he’s ok.’
The hospital visit comes after Sophia shared some rare family snaps as her mother Karren and father Paul flew out to Dubai to visit last month.
The influencer, who shares her baby boy with fiancé Frankie Mulkin, took to Instagram to post a few highlights over the past few weeks.
In one sweet picture, Karren, 55, and Paul, 53, looked every inch the proud parents as they posed for a photo with Sophia and their grandson.
In another Frankie cradled their son as he enjoyed a cocktail by the beach.
The family also enjoyed a trip to the safari park, with Sophia later relaxing at the five star Jumeirah Hotel.
She captioned the post: ‘pics I’ve never posted but I think they deserve a space on the feed’.

Karren spoke about being a grandmother on The Apprentice You’re Hired earlier this year.
She said: ‘He is the most beautiful little boy in the world and my daughter is a natural mother.
‘Mother and baby are doing so well and I am so proud of her and her family and her husband and everyone is really well so it is great.’
The Apprentice star’s daughter Sophia welcomed her son in late March, exactly one week Karren’s 55th birthday, which was on April 4.
In one black-and-white snap, Sophia’s son can be seen wearing an adorable baby grow that says ‘welcome to the world’.
Sophia also shared a close-up snap of her newborn baby boy – whose name has not been disclosed – resting on her chest shorty after birth.

Sophia revealed she was pregnant in an Instagram post shared with followers last November.
The influencer showcased her blossoming baby bump as she modelled a bikini on the beach and puckered up to Frankie for a kiss.
Set to the song Heartbeat by James Arthur, the video also showed the pair at their sonogram appointment.
She captioned the video: ‘Our greatest blessing due 2024.’
Sophia and Frankie confirmed their engagement in 2022 and shared a gallery of images of the romantic proposal on a beach in Mykonos, Greece.
